This unopened bottle of creme de menthe was discovered during a recent house move. Its green glass was a challenge – you don’t generally see greens this intense in the Australian bush, so getting there required all sorts of experimentation with my usual ‘earthy’ palette. I think the best bright green came about with sap green mixed with lemon yellow, and a dash of cad orange. Amazing! Well, to me anyway.
